Learn how to meditate for inner peace and calm. Meditation is not only the foundation to a spiritual practise but is also a way of allowing the body to unwind and relax. We all have busy lives where we are juggling family, work, home, relationships and many other things all the time. Meditation gives us some time within where we can allow the mind to relax to move into peace and stillness. I use various types of meditation including breathe work, guided visualisation or using an object as a focus. My classes have a spiritual focus where on occassion we may work with our spiritual Guides or Angels.
