Flower Essence Making

These beautiful  Essence Energy Sprays have been handmade by me with Love. Essences are a safe and effective way of supporting your emotions and mental health when going through a challenging time. Dr Bach first created them in the 1930's and since then many people have come to love and benefit from this safe and effective therapy. 

There are essences available for every situation including grief, depression, low self worth and anger. I am also able to make bespoke essences.


I have explored taking essences internally, which was the traditional way, and also as sprays From my trials I have found that essences are really quickly taken into the energy field and begin working immediately when they are sprayed, hence my essences are made as sprays. From research and customer trials we often have an association with a scent when we spray therefore essential oils have been added that correspond with the essence so you know it has been sprayed.


I can provide essences without essential Oils which would be suitable for young children and pets and essences that can be taken internally if required.
