First Degree Reiki - learn the art of self-healing
Join me as we spend two days exploring, experiencing and connecting to the wonderful universal energy that is all around us called Reiki. Reiki is a healing technique that was founded by Dr Mikao Usui and I have a direct lineage from his teachings. Reiki can be very helpful when we are out of balance physically, emotionally, mentally or spiritually. It is very natural for us to heal with the power of touch and Reiki is a natural process where energy is channelled through the body and transferred via the hands to the person, animal or inanimate object.
The ability to learn Reiki is transferred to you via attunements which allow you to tap into the unlimited supply of life force energy. I train students based on the original spiritual teachings of Dr Usui giving you four individual attunements during the 2 days. Each of these along with the teachings deepens your understanding and connection therefore allowing more of the universal energy to flow through you.
Reiki at this level will start your own healing and personal development and will give you the ability to treat yourself, family, friends, animals and your home. The course will include the lineage and history of Reiki, information on our chakras and how to carry out healing on yourself and others.
You will receive a comprehensive manual and during the two days there will be plenty of time to ask questions and practise what you have learnt. On completion of the two days you will receive a certificate.
